I was so relieved when The Great British Bake Off did roulades this week.
Why? Well, when I checked the recipe, there were only 4 ingredients. That’s right: FOUR. I mean, how much easier can baking get?
It turns out making a roulade is not only quick but also tastes great, even when using gluten-free flour (and let’s face it, some of the challenges on The Bake Off haven’t proved quite so successful for me).
So roll up your sleeves and pull out some sugar, flour, eggs & jam, ’cause that’s all you’ll need to make this very special gluten-free roulade.
