One of the most difficult things about being diagnosed as a Coeliac is realising all the things you now have to avoid.  It can seem like a daunting task at first but thankfully, help is at hand.

Dr Doni Wilson is a leading American practitioner on food sensitivities and, despite being across the pond, has plenty to say that’s relevant to UK Coeliacs.  Click here and you’ll see how excellent and comprehensive her advice is on hidden gluten.

It’s especially useful for non-edibles, such as glue and medication.  Let’s face it, you don’t want to find you’re following a strict gluten-free diet only to be sabotaged by a play dough modelling session with your kids!
