Price
The price for the order shall be as stated on the course description.
Payment
Payment may be made using the option(s) given. If you are having difficulty making payment, please contact us.
Cancellations/Refunds
100% of the cost will be payable when you place your order. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable without exception, including any changes in government policy on coronavirus.
Any negative reviews or references about The Local Bakehouse given by the Customer in either the media or social media will immediately forfeit any option for a refund.
If you are unhappy with your course and wish to raise a dispute, please contact The Local Bakehouse immediately. We will do our best to find out what has happened. Please note all complaints must be made within 7 days of completing the course or the complaint will not be accepted.
No Shows
Failure to attend your course does not entitle you to a refund or another course on a different date. It is your responsibility to make sure you can attend when you place your booking.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from their date of purchase and may be redeemed against a course of your choosing, provided there
is availability on the course. The Local Bakehouse does not assume responsibility for the booking of a course. It is the Customer's responsibility to choose a date they can manage on a course with availability. There will be no refunds for unused gift vouchers.
Promotional offers, Codes & Discounts
An offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts or free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used in accordance with their terms of use. If you use a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit, you will be confirming that:
(a) You are entitled to use the code;
(b) You meet all the conditions that apply to its use; and
(c) You agree to all The Local Bakehouse’s Terms and Conditions.

If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or, alternatively, process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If payment is not made in the time requested, we may reverse the benefit from the promotional offer and request a further payment, or withdraw your order altogether. All deposit(s) made during this time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Allergies
All products are free from gluten. Further allergy information is offered with all courses. We do our utmost to ensure there is no cross-contamination. It is your duty to inform us of any allergens and The Local Bakehouse accepts no responsibility for omissions or errors once payment has been made.
* Please note that while we supply freefrom cakes, goods are prepared in an environment that handles dairy (milk), eggs, lupin, sesame, nuts (tree nuts & peanuts), fish, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, celery, sulphites and soya.
By making payment for your order you are confirming you have agreed to the terms as set out above.
