The most popular videos I've made (& they're not all gluten-free)

Updated: Apr 16, 2020

Are you dreaming of a Sunday roast now? I wouldn't blame you. It took me ages to find a good gluten-free Yorkshire pud recipe and yep, there they are above, looking magnificent and tasting every bit the best Yorkshire.

But it's not my most popular video (yet).

It seems the more niched the video, the more likely it is people will watch. Take this short video, for example. It's all about how to attach a ribbon to a cake using water.

Much to my surprise, over 20,000 people wanted to know the answer.

But it's still not my most popular video.

The one that's had the most views (over 40,000) is the one I dislike the most. But it's doing well so I don't want to take it down. It's how to make a bride fondant topper.

Wondering why I don't like it? To me it's really obvious: I can make a lot prettier toppers than that! And if you need proof, just check out the toppers I've made more recently. The brides are more cartoon-like and fun, I reckon. But then again, doing things upside down to a camera does add a certain amount of pressure, so maybe my bride isn't so bad after all.
