HOW TO MAKE A GLUTEN-FREE FLORAL CAKE

Writer's picture: AliAli

After last week’s rather forlorn Bakewell Tart, I was very relieved to see The Great British Bake Off do something really easy.

At least, easy for me.

And I’m hoping you’ll find it easy, too. Mary Berry told Candice it was hard to pull off a good gluten-free cake but after years of experimenting, I reckon I’ve got the ultimate recipe.

So I’ve put together an easy-to-follow video with lots of close-ups. This means you can wow your friends and family over the weekend with a superb set of floral cupcakes that are both gluten- and dairy-free.

All you need is a piping bag and a 2D Wilton nozzle to complete the look. I’m willing to bet your kitchen’s already armed with the rest of the stuff (you know, like a bowl and spoon).
