Procrastibaking What a fabulous word (and an even more fabulous meaning).

Procrastibaking

As far as I’m concerned, it’s an acceptable form of procrastination. After all, who doesn’t love the reward of a yummy cake or biscuit? And doesn’t it make it all the easier afterwards to do the task you’re putting off?

Don’t get me wrong: I’m not a fan of putting things off as a rule. It’s just that always being Miss Hospital Corners can be a bit of a drag, so sometimes it’s excusable to break the rules and just do whatever you feel like.

It was a lovely surprise to see Nigella Lawson not only championing procrastibaking but also posting a gluten-free recipe on (drum roll) triple chocolate cookies. Yum and yum again.

To celebrate this wonderful word, I’ve put three delectable recipe links below to tempt the procrastibaker in you. Hey, the washing can wait.

Enjoy!
